What a great looking Fridge Freezer. Keeps food at exactly the correct temp and is very quiet once settled in. The AI learns the patterns of use and adjusts itself accordingly. Also shows many graphs of its energy use in the app. All in all a really great purchase and an exceptionally reasonable price.

Thanks to HDUK, I was alerted to Samsung's offer on this over Christmas. The fridge was £490 and Samsung were offering £200 cashback, which meant I could get a brand new fridge freezer for £290. So I jumped at it.I was concerned by talk of the fridge being easy to dent and noisy and people complaining about the model, but it turned up perfect (only cost £5 to have the old fridge taken away) and it is silent as far as I'm concerned. I turned it on after an hour of receiving it and it was at the tight temp within another hour.The "wifi" is a bit of a gimic as all it really does is tell you if the door is open or the temp is dropping, but everything else is great. Loads of space. Quiet. Neat looking and better build quality than my other Samsung fridge freezer that its now alongside.Highly recommend. One thing of note is that the fridge shelves are a bit "close", so I had to take one out to allow sauce bottle to stand upright. I use the "wine" rack for soft drinks and really large bottles.

Decent fridge, sleek look, no noise can be heard except obviously the open door for too long noise, good temperature control.Though a “WiFi fridge” the only thing it does is change the temperature from an app, not to be able to know what’s inside

5/5 for the deinstall and haul away, then unpack and install service. They were GREAT!Fridge is still an hour away from when we can switch it on… need to wait 4 hours. But it looks fantastic and the spaces are awesome. Taller and a bit deeper than our old fridge.Also, roller wheels at the back are great! For being able to get behind it if we need to in future.Previous fridge was a Bosch that lasted us over 19 years! Let’s hope this one has the same longevity

After unpacking there was a scratch and dent in freezer door. I say this was because of poor packaging.

Wow great price and the best thing works like a dream great value. Highly recommend.
