This thing.NO.It took the hair and left me with 4 days of itchy tiny bumps near my ankle that felt like torture.then the hair was back anyway, and I was still itchy.Just shave.this is in my trash can. I wouldn't return something like this, They'll probably clean it and resell it.maybe that's how I got the bumps. was it dirty? I am going to stop thinking about this now.

Pretty obsessed
This thing is going to change my life. Admittedly I have hair that's pretty fine and not very thick, but this worked on my legs instantly without having to apply almost any pressure. This is going to be super convenient for travelling, or when I want to throw on shorts but realize I haven't shaved, etc. My legs felt super smooth afterwards. From other reviews it sounds like this isn't great for course/thick hair, but for my finer hair I love it!

This product irritated my skin so bad I bought it because razors irritated my skin but this did the same I even bleed im in soo much pain I follow the instructions but it did not work for me

Too good to be true :(
Was very excited for this product as my roommate had one from a different brand. Hers has a metal surface rather than the “crystal” surface on this item. I figured the crystal would be gentler on the skin. I bought this to use for arm hair as mine is rather thin, yet dark. The first use worked great. The hair was removed and my skin was left very soft. I tried it on my thicker leg hair and achieved the same exfoliation results, but the hair remained. After about 4 or 5 uses on my arms, I found that the “crystal” surface had dulled out. While it still removes the dead skin cells, it will no longer remove even the thinnest hair on my arms. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.
