Not the best taste, but all natural ingredients.
My intention to get this powder bone broth was not because I felt like serving bone broth for tea time but because of the high collagen.I like to raise my collagen intake levels because I feel like my joints need it. I felt confident using this product giving the ingredients, which are all natural, without any preservatives and this is far more important than taste or mixing properties.I don't find the taste particularly pleasant nor bad and out of all the ingredients, the sauteed onion taste comes through the most without being too extreme. I don't like to put it in soups or drink it warm although it might probably help with mixing, but I prefer to add it to room temperature water in a protein shaker and down it. I've noticed that there are some lumps being left if I try and mix it with a teaspoon but when put in a protein shaker, the powder dissolves completely after a good shake. There will be some foam forming which settles down and it is then ready to drink.I've left the drink in the fridge for a while just to test the collagen properties, and it did thicken up proving that the collagen is indeed present.A heaped tablespoon is about the 9g serving recommended in one go.I like the product and I'm hopeful it will help with my joints.

Lovely bone broth, mixes easily enough and excellent ingredients, organic and grass fed, no nasties
This bone broth powder has become a staple of what I eat daily. The flavour is reasonably mild, you can taste the garlic and onion but I have not found them overwhelming and it goes nicely in a bit of mince or even in a hot drink stirred into some boiled or hot water, kind of like bovril. The taste is neither here or there for me anyway, it's organic bone broth powder and has the soil association mark too so is going to be top quality stuff. When cooking I use this product to increase protein a bit and it mixes into recipes adequately, it does take a bit of stirring if what you are adding it too isnt boiled. You can make it into a paste with a wee bit of cold water to begin with, then add hot water once thats done, sort of like is done with cocoa powder, that way I have found its a bit easier. I would not exactly add it to a protein shake or porridge because of the onion flavour lol, but you probably could! When used in hot meals the product adds a satisfying meat flavoured umami which provides confidence that it will help improve dishes since some broths out there tend to have unpleasant smells but that was not the case with this one. The packaging is adequate and I found the resealing relatively easy as it is with most of these (zip?) lock type bags, just got to be careful not to spill powder when taking some out, as is always the case... The product lacked a scoop but taking precise measurements with a standard teaspoon is easy enough, its not really a science measuring out some bone broth though suppose you could always use scales if you wanted to be really precise. I have not noticed any big changes in my skin or hair so far, but suppose that takes time, it does have a good amount of collagen in it so I expect there would be benefits with consistently taking it daily. The powder has quite a pure profile, being made from grass fed beef while lacking extra additives, I prefer this quality because it stands out against some of the other broths out there which can taste off because they added some preservative or something. Value wise I think it is good for the quality of the ingredients and you get 50 servings they say, so could probably stretch it to last a couple of months at just a teaspoon a day and it would be a nice addition of extra protein every day. Happy with it and the taste of it and the extra protein I am getting! It would be a 9 out of 10 from me so will round it up to the 5 as I feel it deserves that more than 4 on this occasion, it's a great bone broth powder and the best one I have tried so far and not overly costly at the listing offering.

Tasty Protein
Great powder that I have been using in my cooking as a stock base - to boost the protein content in my meals. The powder once dissolved tastes good and has a lovely meaty taste. My only quibble is it doesn't dissolve too easily so I need to use it like cornflour and make it into a paste before adding it into the cooking.

excellent bone broth mixture
This a large pack (fifty servings) of bone broth powder, supplied in a convenient plastic pouch.Taken as a hot drink, mixed into water, it's pleasant tasting and easy to consume.I am using this daily and consider it good value.I'd buy this product again.

Okay Bone Broth, but Dissolving and Price Are Drawbacks
I’ve been using this bone broth as part of my morning routine, but I’ve found it a bit of a hassle to dissolve. To minimise lumps, I mix it with a small amount of hot water first to create a paste and then add the remaining water. While this helps, it doesn’t completely eliminate lumps. The taste is okay, though I feel it could use a bit more depth or flavour. That said, this might just be my personal preference—I miss having my coffee first thing in the morning (I’ve been instructed to wait until after breakfast to have coffee). While I’ll finish the bag, I’m unlikely to repurchase it. At 7.9 grams of protein per serving and £29.32 (at the time of this review, though it’s been higher), it feels slightly overpriced, especially since the recommendation is to have up to three servings daily. One tip: Use a scale to measure the correct serving size. Two heaped teaspoons work perfectly for me.

No my cup of tea
I rated the Planet Paleo Organic Bone Broth Collagen Protein Powder with 4 stars.1 star less as it's not my taste. The flavours, as it turned out, are not my cup of tea and I think it's the onion in this powder mix.It arrived in a zipped type bag so it's easy to use and store. The bag doesn't include any scoop but it's easy to work it out. The recommendation is to use it 2-3 times a day and each serving should consist of 9gr of the power so this bag won't last a month, which I think is rather expensive, if you look at the price. It's a light brown looking powder, that smells delicious when you open the bag but when I made myself a drink with hot water, I nearly gaged. The taste stayed in my mouth for a long time too and I don't enjoy this so I will be adding this powder to my cooking instead.I like the ingredients and I would still recommend it.

The product exactly matches the description. Very satisfied with my purchase.
Take one 9g serving (approx 4 x 5ml level tsps) and mix in a mug of hot water, or drink of your choice. Sip it like tea for warming nourishment, or use it as a nutritious base for your favourite recipes. This product does not contain anti-caking agents, stir well to avoid clumping.
