Home Office chair
It was easy to assemble.Great quality, comfortable to sit on, supports my back well, and the foot rest is God sent.Have used for over six months and has still maintained its quality with no squeaky noises.Value for money too.

Ergonomic Chair
I am very disappointed with the chair, within 6 months the faux Leather covering started to crack and flake off.I contacted Amazon about the problem I had with the chair and requested a refund.Refund request was denied as the Seller hadn’t given a warranty with the chair.Waste of money, shoddy quality.

cheap quality
The chair is ok, but not wow. Looks ok, works perfectly, comfy enough, but u can see cheap quality. If you want a nice-looking chair, I presume you have to pay much, much more. It is not as puffy as they demonstrate; the pillow behind the back is much smaller than in the picture. Not easy screw in the screws, the threads are worn out.

Comfortable and sturdy
Fast delivery!The chair is very comfortable, all functions work properly and it seems to be sturdy.It has a Bonus function that is not in the description - a Back Massager but in the form of vibration, similar to a massage gun. The USB cable that you can see in the photo is for the massage function.The material doesn’t look like it’s going to last though. Similar to most faux leather chairs and sofas, this will start to peal off sooner rather than later.I used a leather cream on it in the hope to protect the material and prolong its life.We only assembled it yesterday so it’s going to take some time before we know of the quality.It was a Christmas gift for my son who works from home so he really likes it. Overall we are happy with it and have the understanding that the leather will not last long but that goes for all faux chairs that are for sale nowadays.

Not good finish
Bad quality back support leaned to the left padding was not good it wasn’t the easiest to put together so gave up and sending it back if they ever come to pick it up. No sign of a lorry no contact from them. Please just repay me and I will go to a shop to get another will not get one from online again.Please can you give me my refund the goods where picked up by Parcel Force Ref HA3604473 on 14th February 2025 but I have not received a refund for the goods nor payment for return carrier. Please let me know what else I need to do
