Compré el cloruro de magnesio porque tiene muchísimos beneficios y sobre todo para mis músculos y huesos!Apenas lo estoy empezando a usar pero creo que me va a haber mucho bien!El envase es pequeño, yo creí que era más grande pero no importa porque en realidad se usan 33 grs., como una cucharada copetona de cloruro de magnesio en un litro de agua.

I get Charlie horses in the middle of the night and boy do they hurt. I was told that Magnesium will help with those. I got the powder because I'm hoping for fast results. I mix 1/2 tsp in water once in the morning and once in the evening. There is no taste so you could probably mix it with whatever you like. It's a fair amount for the price. If it works for me it will be worth every penny.

Convienent size, I add a little to my water to keep magnesium levels healthy. Magnesium chloride absorbs water, so small containers are better. Large containers will turn to bricks and then collect liquid before you finish them

It mixes well and doesn't have much of a taste, but over the past few weeks, I can't say that I have noticed much of a benefit, but that may not have anything to do with this product.
