This is a 60 piece set of knee pain relief patches they come individually wrapped and stick to the knee. Although these are advertised for knee pain you can also use them on any joint shoulder or neck pain. Patch contains mug wort which is mild and non irritating meaning it should be suitable for sensitive skin and also smells like mug wort. The patches are effective for up to 12 hours and seem really good value for money as you get so many and they last a long time

The MYMULIKE patches pack is value for money. It is at a very reasonable price compared to other similar product on the market. Inside the package, there are two boxes. Each box has three resealable bags. Each bag contains 10 plasters. Therefore, this pack contains 60 patches in total. The butterfly shaped patches are specially designed for using at joint area but you can also use them on other part of body like back or arm. The patch is made of natural mugwort extract. It releases a light natural herb smell which I like. The plaster is thin, flexible and easy to use. Prior to applying the patches, I clean the affected skin; then peal off the backing paper; finally, apply directly onto the skin. The plaster is sticky that can stay on my knee for 12 hours without dropping. I suffer mild arthritis. After applied the plaster, I can feel the heat slowly generated around the area. It relaxes the muscles, and relieves pain. Unfortunately, after three days, my skin become a bit red and itching, so I have to stop using them. I will try again once the itchiness is gone.

The adhesive is strong. They look true to advertisements. They stay stuck on well, but I don't get any heat from them. However, after about 20 minutes, I did notice that the inflammation swelling that was around my knee cap had lessoned, bringing me more comfort and being in less pain. Once I removed the patch, thrn I felt some warmth in the area I had it applied. They also smell nice and herby. They aren't the best economically for consistent long-term use, but for short term or as and when use now and again they're okay. They're presently selling at a good price of £8.99, for a total of 60 patches.

I have been having a problem with my knee lately, I have upped my walking a lot. Now it aches and can be sore when in bed. You get a lot of plasters that can be used on the knee as well as other parts of the body. They hold secure and are easy to take off. They are all natural which is a big plus.
