If it weren’t for the horrific instructions, mis labeled parts and screw holes that were failed to be drilled out. I would’ve given this a four. Clearly manufactured overseas and instructions are wrong in several areas, leaving the customer to decipher assembly instructions on their own in fact, there was a part number labeled 19 and the instructions only go up to 18 and appears nowhere on the instructions list.

For the money, it is definitely heavy duty and can handle the weight you throw to it. You have to watch what you’re doing when you use a machine of this design, but if you want something of more convenience, you’re gonna spend at least $5000. I like this machine and would buy it again.

We needed something with a relatively small footprint but were worried about the quality of most of the options out there. The cheaper machines all seemed to flex a bunch in the video reviews and didn't look like they would last. The Gronk machine is heavy and sturdy with lots of metal in the right places. Really pleased with the quality and smooth motion. The thick rollers are comfortable and allow you to really smush them to get a tight fit when doing hamstrings.
