Perfect quality and beautiful bright colors! I used this for my best friend's 18th birthday party and he loved the hunger games themed decor. I'd definitely recommend this to others.Minor stuff: The design on the balloons are smaller than pictured. They do not fill the whole front of the balloon. Maybe 3 inch designs?
