Biggest issue is RYOBI's Track and Mostly the Options they give you when buying....
I really have buyer's remorse! But it has to do with the product NOT the amazon retailer I bout it from.Hi, my name is ThatGuy, and I love Ryobi products. *Hi, ThatGuy!* My toolbox, garage, and even shed are full of them. Just to list a few: 42in Electric Zero Turn, push mower, blower, weed eater, miter saw, table saw, drills, and even a framing nailer. That said, they really fell short on this tool in so many ways. Right out of the box, I was disappointed with the lack of setup instructions. At least show us how to attach the blade! This caused me to start with my "just figure it out" method. After I put the blade on (the hard way), I broke down and went to YouTube, where I found very helpful instructions, such as how to correctly put the blade on and set up the track and saw. Yup, the blade is very easy when you know the trick...I bought this product to make my life easier because so many times, I've been caught trying to balance full-length sheets on my table saw, and after much effort, only 1 out of 10 times would they be square. But the combination of the fact that Ryobi gives you two tracks that equal 55 inches, and that they use a proprietary track system, meant that after spending $299.95, I then had to shell out another $89.99 to purchase their add-on 55 in. Track Saw Track. The big kick in the, umm, "head..." was after getting it, going through the ridiculous process of attaching and using all three tracks, and seeing how wonky it was, I now have to fight with two options:1. Return it all and buy another brand of track saw.2. Shell out another $89.99 and buy a second Ryobi 55 in. Single Piece Track Saw Track just to ensure I get straight cuts, as each sheet of wood I'm buying is like $90.00.I'm stuck with a frustrating decision to make.
