best reliable nvr camera kit
This nvr camera kit is amazing and it has soo many features for the price. This nvr kit has face detection and person ai detection, and it is compatible with any onvif camera. it only need 5v to work so it is perfect for small houses or even a RV. this has 2 cameras and 3 ways to record, usb, micro sd card, and hdd/ssd using a e-sata cable. this thing is so tiny but is amazing in value. this product is a 10 for me. the mobile app is really simple to use and you can also get the rtsp streams to blue iris using 554 port. i would 100% recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable nvr camera kit with NO required subscriptions!

Really is plug and play
Just like the product description says, it is plug and play and the cameras automatically connect to the NVR without requiring me to do anything. I have not yet tested out remote viewing but it seems pretty straightforward. Both cameras that were included have very clear picture quality and decent night vision. I work in security and have maintained and installed a few camera systems and for the money this is a really good camera system for a home or small business that gives you the option to add more cameras to it easily. I like how you do not have to worry about any kind of subscription service to save recorded video footage which seems many camera systems are going that route these days which is such a hassle. For this system all video is stored locally on the NVR on an SD card or USB external hard drive, no monthly subscription needed!

Compact and easy to use
I really love this tiny NVR that beats above its weight.I tested it with only 2 cameras and its functionalities are of good quality. I still haven't tested with all 8 channels hooked up but I give it a thumbs up for what I managed to use it for. I don't know the use of the Ethernet port on the cameras, but I assume it could be for connecting it to wired NVRs. Worth buying it.

Decent
I can not for the life of me get this system connected to the app on my phone. I spent an hour on the phone with Amazon trying to fix the issue. They were unable to resolve the issue. They then tried to transfer me to the company but there was no answer after 3 attempts. Amazon sent me a replacement and same thing. Unable to get the system added to the app. It won't even take the serial number . Overall they work but not quite to the level I was expecting.

You will probably like this NVR as much as I do.
This NVR kit from EVERSECU is everything that the description says it is. It’s easy to set up…is literally plug and play, and does all of what it claims to do. One of the things that I like most was to be able to show my front doorbell camera in a larger framed image with the adjunct cameras around it in a reversed “L” pattern. (see attached pics) This is one of the features that, for me, was perfect since my doorbell camera switches the television to the NVR when someone presses the button. This image layout is one that even my commercial NVR software was unable to do. What’s also nice is that there is less than a one second delay (YMMV) in what you see on the screen as compared to what’s happening outside in real-time. My commercial NVR software running on a dedicated Intel Core I7 PC couldn’t show images that fast. I am completely blown away.I have both EVERSECU and other branded cameras connected to the system and must say that it all performs perfectly. Topping it all off – and something that wasn’t mentioned in the product description – is that this tiny NVR is ONVIF compatible. Yes, it’s true that something at this price-point not only lives up to what it says, but is ONVIF compatible as well. If I were EVERSECU, I would definitely put that into the description for those who may (like me) require compatibility with other brands. They also need to update the “What’s in the box” bullet points since in addition to including two cameras and the NVR itself, it includes power supplies for all, a network cable for those who might need one, and even a tiny mouse! The instructions leave a little to be desired, but since it’s pretty much plug it in and go, (the included cameras are already set up) it’s not difficult to get accustomed to. Even though I’m pretty experienced with tech of this kind, it took me about an hour or so to really get to know the software. The nice part is that you can click around and see what happens while not having to worry about really messing things up. At one point I deleted all eight of my cameras by mistake – but it took me less than 10 minutes to get it all back up and running. As you would expect, there are Android and IOS apps for your phone or tablet. There is also a Windows compatible client available for download. Additionally, there is a built-in (or, if you’re in the UK, an “in-built”😉) web server for viewing. (Note: You will need to use MS Edge or another browser in the IE compatible mode to use the web server.)All-in-all, if you need eight or fewer cameras or you just feel like getting your feet wet with an NVR for your home’s security (without spending your 401K to do so), I suggest you give this Mini NVR from EVERSECU a try. I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

A Nightmare To Set Up These Camera
These were a nightmare to set up when It came to adding an external hard drive for more recording time, I never could make it detect a external hard drive. I also had a hard time making these cameras record and so I just packed them right back in the box and returned them.

Perfect set up
The media could not be loaded. Connect all wires to the NVR unit, power, HDMI,ethernet and the mouse. You can connect this to your TV and use it as a monitor. I use a small TV for mine. After connecting to monitor screen, and power up all of them. Follow the screen prompts, it'll guide you to also download the app so you can monitor it from your phone. You should get a memory card so you can review, you can buy a cloud package also. The videos is very clear while look at it on phone. This unit takes up very little space, that's why I got it.
