USB monitors have existed for a while but I only recently became aware of flat panel monitors that have HDMI inputs. This is fabulous; no longer will I have to go dig out a monitor to test or troubleshoot things like a PC connected to a TV or other HDMI device. Or to confirm a dead monitor, etc.For example - I have an old receiver out in my garage. It's wasy easier to change settings if you can see the on sceen display. Before? huge pain. Now? Super easy. Grab this guy and plug it in; you can hold it, set it flat, etc.Obviously works nicely as a second USB monitor as well but I already had one of those. The HDMI input is what I needed.Otherwise this is a nice product; it's modern, compact, and comes with everything you need, including a little slip case.I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I have a mini PC I have set up as a file server/media server on a small shelf just above my desk. I access this PC remotely most of the time but wanted a small monitor for when I sit at the desk. This was small enough to fit on that same shelf but large enough to view. Combined with a compact bluetooth keyboard/mouse it is perfect for quick work on the server.The resolution and screen brightness are more than adequate,

I do a lot of computer work as a profession, and typically work off of three monitors at once. When I travel, and don't have access to my other monitors, I struggle to work efficiently. This has been a game changer, and allows me to connect a second monitor wherever I am, which allows me greater visibility to the data I need quickly. Super easy plug and play design works well!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this KYY 14" portable monitor for about a year now, and it’s been clutch for travel and work. I use it mainly as a second screen when I’m at conferences or on family trips. It also doubles as my PS5 screen when I’m on the road.I’ve connected it to a MacBook, PS5, and Dell XPS — worked great with all of them. No setup needed at all. Just plugged it in, followed the quick directions to learn the buttons, and I was good to go. It came with every cable you’d need, which was nice.Display quality is solid. It looks best when I’m using it with my Windows XPS. It’s not as sharp as a MacBook Pro, but unless you’re putting them side by side, you probably won’t even notice. It’s bright, colors look good, and I haven’t had any issues with resolution or lag. It syncs up and adjusts resolution automatically every time.I use the smart cover as a stand — haven’t needed to mount it — and it’s held up well. Speakers aren’t amazing, but honestly better than I expected. I usually use earbuds anyway.What I like most is how easy and portable it is. It powers off USB-C, so I don’t have to worry about carrying around an extra brick. My only suggestion would be to include a shorter USB-C cable. The one it comes with is long, and most people using this for a second screen don’t need 3 feet of cord getting in the way.I’m a network engineer and I consider this a must-have for travel. It’s been super useful for following along with documents while I take notes during meetings. Would also be great for students or anyone working remotely. Highly recommend.

I received the product this morning and connected it to a Windows laptop. The product worked well. It seems solidly built and has a sharp display. I'm pleased.

I originally bought the 15-inch version, but it felt a bit too big for travel. I switched to the 14-inch version, and I enjoy it much more. The build quality is great, and it’s a simple plug-and-play setup, just like the larger model. The smaller size makes it way more portable, fitting easily in most laptop bags and backpacks. Since I mainly use it for work travel, this was exactly what I needed. If portability is a priority, this is a great choice!

unable to get iPhone 14 Max to screen mirror on the device (using lightning to HDMI cable). When I connect the phone it's asking to download some casting app to my phone which requires a credit card. This is shady.It works fine for laptop and iPhone with USB C connection but not for my iPhone 14.Not sure I will keep this external monitor.
