Nice for nightstands and desk use
I have an iPhone Xs with a Tech21 EVO Check case on it, and this Tzumi stand charges fine through the Tech21 case. I like this charger stand more than the flat, round pads that you just lay your phone on. Granted, you have to pay a tad more attention when you place your phone on this one to get the charging going, but I like the fact that the phone is in a "stand up" position and you can tap on it or read messages that come up on your lock screen even with my phone on the charging stand. And the stand angle is adjustable, so you can adjust the viewing angle. You can also use it in the flat position if you really prefer just laying your phone on it. I liked this enough that I bought a second one. I see few downsides. Yeah, the LED is really bright in a dark bedroom, but you can easily cover that up with a bit of black electrical tape. You also have to buy your wall charger separately, and I am not crazy about the side plug location on the base of the stand where the included USB cable connects (but it's kind of understandable when you realize this stand will fold up flat for travel, and it would be hard to have the power cord out the back). One last thing about the AC adaptor options. I connected one of these stands to an old Blackberry USB charger that only put outs 0.75 amp at 5 volts, and it charged OK. And then I moved it my nightstand, where I use a 6-port Anker charger that I think puts out 2.4 amps on each of the ports. It charges my phone fine overnight. And I now have my first Tzumi stand connected to one of the fancy quick chargers (an Anker PowerPort +1 with Quick Charge 3.0) that is supposed to rapidly charge the phone. I have not noticed a big difference, but to be honest, I carry two phones during the day (work and personal), and my personal iPhone Xs rarely is less than 50% drained when I put it on the charging stand, so I am not sure I am the best reference point for telling you if the quick charge feature really works. If I ever drain my battery to something more like 20%, I will try to pay attention to the recharge time and post an update.

Best Qi charger I've had
The case on my phone holds a couple of credit cards, so you can imagine that it's a quite-a-bit thicker than most. I had an older Qi charger on my nightstand that failed to charge through my case. This one works great. It does not slide off thanks to a thin rubber line on the point where the phone sits. It's great that I can easily fold it and take it on trips. Especially since I also use my phone as my alarm clock. I had another Qi changer that had a tendency to overheat my phone. This one doesn't have that issue. I may order a second one for my office.

The thing just stops working.
After the point at which I could return it, it just stopped working. Even when it was working it was super flaky.

Not bad
I wanted a stand charger that could fold down and this was honestly the only one I could find after about 15 minutes of browsing chargers. It doesn't charge super fast FYI, so I would use this as an overnight charger or just something to hold up the phone that has the added bonus of giving you some charge. My first wireless charger, I didn't know this but the phone heats up a little bit. I did some research and apparently that's perfectly normal, so that's one thing to note.My only gripe is it is not USB C, and it would be much better if the cord somehow came straight out the back of the charger instead of going into the side an inch off the table.Overall it does it's job, it's simple, and even if the charger for some reason stopped charging, I'd still keep it as a stand, it's pretty solid.

Solidly Stays at Any Angle
All my other Charging Stands (Anker, Choetech, etc) lean the phone way too far back - but i need my phone to stand a lot more upright on my desk, so i tried ths Tzumi Multi-Angle stand and it's exactly what I needed. The charging pad solidly stays at any angle within it's 90 degree range of motion. The cable input port is Micro-USB. It may well fast-charge the phones listed in the description, however it does not Fast-Charge my Qi enabled LG G7 phone when connected to my various QC 3.0 Quick Charge wall chargers, but none of my other stands do either so it's not a big deal to me. When my phone starts to get to around 95% full the charging rate slows down and at around 98% the indicator light changes to solid or blinking red, but my phone still continues to trickle charge for the last several minutes until it reaches 100%. If i want to fast-charge my phone i just charge it directly from the quick wall charger via the cable.Edit - I just bought a 2nd one to use in my car and it behaves the same way as the 1st one. So for this one i have it laying flat in my car's center console, connected to a cigarette lighter socket quick-charger so i can simply just lay my phone on it to charge while i'm driving. Works great! Much more convenient than plugging the charging cable into my phone on the road. This stand seems to need a higher-wattage wall charger - such as the Quick Charge 3.0 Wall Charger,18W QC 3.0 USB Wall Charger Adapter which is working well with the stand. My various 12 watt or less chargers don't seem to have enough ummph to solidly charge my phone and it will randomly stop charging at like 60% and start blinking.

Best variable-angle wireless charger I've used
Likes: Truly variable angle (goes from flat to vertical and any angle in between) -- great for avoiding glare and ensuring it doesn't block part of your monitor if you have it next to your keyboard; charges pretty quickly (at least with my Pixel 3); good-sized footprint to avoid toppling over; charging pad resists being pushed back down when tapping on the screenDislikes: For some reason, even though my phone says it's charging fine, the red LED on the front flashes. Don't know what's up with that. Also, the little lip that holds the bottom of the phone in place is pretty slight. If your case has a flat bottom, it might not catch it and will slide away from the charging surface if it's angled.Overall, would definitely buy again if I needed another one.
