Sleep through the night
I purchased this because it was recommended to help with COPD. Can’t say it helped with my breathing but I do sleep through the entire night now. Which was not the case before I started taking 2 of these capsules a day. Not entirely sure this the reason but thought I should mention it.

Smells horrible
I'm taking these at the recommendation of my Healthcare provider but let me just say they smell HORRIBLE. I have to plug my nose to swallow the pills and then I can taste it when I burp for about an hour afterwards. Yuck! I'm hoping the benefits will outweigh this.
