Took out about 3/4 of the color of a 100% cotton orchid quilt but left it pale pink. Have to revise the color I wanted to dye it now.

It works very well! used it to get several items ready for dying and the results were excellent!

The package looked like it was old & sitting on a shelf forever no wonder I used more than half of it on 2 cotton very bright colored voile curtain panels and it didn’t do much if anything to even lighten the color. I think the product would be great if I was certain it still had active ingredients. But like I said the pkg looked rough & I couldn’t find an expiration date , it wasn’t a PRIME sellar, & I didn’t attempt to return because it shipped from the UK.

Removed most of the colour from my linen garments, leaving them off-white. I then dyed them using the Dylon dyes for the washing machine with good results.

Using this product for over 25 years I'm happy with it's results. Discolouring darker materials before dying gives another colour a better chance. Or already home dyed material when you would like to dye it a new colour when you've gone off the old. Just do not expect you will be able to turn your dark blue into bright yellow...Reading the reviews I was surprised that some people thought it would be totally white after treatment. I don't think you can expect a home use product to do this dealing with so many different dyes. This product takes the dark or edge of a colour so it is easier to re-dye it.The result will differ from time to time depending on the dye in the material. Blue turns beige or less blue for example. A few times I didn't re-dye it when a blue cotton cardy turned a lovely mokka beige or a red tshirt came out a beautiful orange.If you are able to embrace surprise at times and not approach home dyeing like an exact science you wil enjoy using this product as such and in combnation with Dylon dyes.

La marca è la migliore per colorare indumenti di cotone, la uso spesso e mi trovo molto bene, ora in seguito ad un errore di lavaggio una camicia da rosa era diventata lilla. Prima di colorarla per rimediare, avevo pensato a decolorarla per dare una tinta più fedele aquella della tintura. Nella lavatrice ho messo due capi che intendevo decolorare, questa camicia lilla e un pantalone beige. Dopo il ciclo di 3 ore e mezza a 90 gradi, dopo un successivo lavaggio, come da istruzioni, ho tirato fuori i capi, bene uno era sempre beige e l'altro lilla. Nessuna decolorazione, se li avessi lavati con una forte dose di detersivo sggressivo penso che si sarebbero almeno sbiadìti, con questo prodotto sono usciti dalla lavatrice identici a come sono entrati. 7 euro buttate

J'avais teint un gilet en chocolat, mais très déçu et avec dylon Pré-teinture tout est parti sans abimé mon gilet, mais il n'est pas en laine, il passe même au sèche linge. Parfait

I used what was lefof this product last night as the package was split in transit or whatever not happy and wouldlike a refund as i used it as directed and did notwork at all my clothes.. Only 2 items in a long hot wash did not take any color out at all
