The inside of a T5 is an mSATA module, it will not fit inside this M.2 SSD enclosure. If your question is "Can this M.2 enclosure plus an M.2 SSD module replace the function of the Samsung T5 SSD"? the answer is very likely. They are both USB storage. if you are using it for simple USB storage for your computer, the answer is yes. Note: this is only an enclosure, there is no storage module in there.
