Very nice AV rack for the $$$
I must admit I was, no, am pleasantly surprised with this AV rack. But before I get going here I want to say, I seen this very same rack under many names from many sellers. And some of the prices for this rack went far above the price paid here, just a little FYI.Now to the rack. for a RTA piece of furniture I was a bit skeptical on what would arrive, after the unboxing I was greeted with the standard vinyl MDF, but the faux wood finish was nice and more surprising was the weight of the panels. Assembly was rather straight forward using the provided instructions that are not as bad as many. Now one thing I must make note on it the hardware.... It is really good quality, the the front hinges are really well made and finished, right down to the detente that will keep the glass doors open partially to get air flow to your amp(s). Another nice touch it the back panel. They and not some thin cardboard like stuff, they are full thickness panels. actually two set where there is a gap in between, and really add to the sturdiness of this, there is none of the side to side wobble so heavy components are no issue, I have my amp on the top shelf and a turntable sitting on top and no issues at all... As a last note, and while it was not needed because the cam lock hardware is more than sufficient, I ran a bead of wood glue around the back as a just in case due to the fact my equipment is *Vintage* and therefor pretty heavy.... In all would I recommend this? YES I do... It looks nice, is sturdy, and has nice hardware, all for a very good price.I hope this helps someone in making a decision about this rack

Will Fit Even a Large Receiver and Equipment
Needed a cabinet for my vintage 80's audio equipment but didn't want a huge cabinet. This cabinet was perfect for my Kenwood 8050 receiver which is 22 1/2 inches wide. Assembly was simple and straightforward with well illustrated instructions. I had to put the glass doors on after I placed the receiver in because of the receiver width. Depth in this cabinet is no problem for the larger equipment. The cabinet is also not too tall, probably just below waist height for most people at 34" high. Seems to be sturdy. Black finish looks great. It worked out well for my equipment and space. I recommend it.

Not worth this price
I'd suggest thrifting one of these rather than buying this junk. For starters the magnetic pieces aren't aired pre-fixed to the glass panel, you have to slide them on and they don't even sit secure. The magnetic push seal is a joke. The left side doesn't even push open, I'm pretty sure it's defective.Assembling it is a pain unless you have somebody to help you because it requires you to slide parts into each other at precise angles. It looks sleek but there was really no thought or effort put into the glass paneling. I've had to disassemble and reassemble the glass hinges several times to get it flush without friction when opening and closing. I'm gonna have to super glow the magnets onto it because it doesn't even sit secured.

Nice cabinet case
I purchased two of these cabinets to use as display cases. The cases themselves are nice looking with plenty of space for stereo equipment, video game consoles, or collectibles. I took one star off because the holes on some pieces were off just a bit making it difficult to line up screws at times. Not uncommon with machine drilled furniture. Otherwise it was a straightforward assembly. Definitely take your time. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and I found needle nose pliers to also be helpful when trying to line up screws with holes. Cabinet is made of pressboard which most shelving seems to be anymore. The glass is good quality for the doors but the magnet is a little weak on the latch. Space in the back for wires is adequate. I added lights to my cases. Having casters on the bottom makes it easy to move but there are no locks on the casters so if you are concerned about it getting bumped into and moved you will want to pick up locking casters. Overall compared to others in the same price range of cabinets I would recommend purchasing this one.

Over Priced, Cheaply Made… Disappointing Metal Frame…
Over Priced, Cheaply Made… Disappointing Metal Frame that will flex under pods of the weight if vintage stereo components. Hinges aren also cheaply made and unless you use lock tire on the bolts they will loosen up during use allowing the glass door to fall out…
