This ready to use water-based product is composed of natural superior waxes as well as additives.Properties:Lithofin COTTO Wax Finish wax forms a film that shines of itself and protects the ground. Product forcing impurities to stay on the surface and prevents them from entering. Maintenance is greatly facilitated by a reduction in the surface roughness. The appearance of the coating is improved all retaining its natural light shade. The film reduced the diffusion of water vapour, ultraviolet-resistant and does not yellow.Lithofin COTTO Wax Finish very good resistance to abrasion and its application is simple.Field of application:Final treatment which gives a brilliant natural to the domestic flooring in Italian, Spanish, French terracotta and tiles of clay etc.Also suitable for pré-traité or waxed terracotta tiles.Tip: on the already varnished surfaces, only a thin layer of Lithofin COTTO Wax Finish should be applied. For an optimal protection of the terracotta absorbent not pre-processed, we recommend a preliminary impregnation with Lithofin COTTO Pre - Wax or Lithofin Vlekstop W. In this case, the final color will be lighter.Performance: Approx. 5 to 10 m²/litre on the clay tiles tender, the Spanish and French terracotta (for two layers). Easy to use, brings floor to life, great result!
Cleaned grouting (using toothbrush) and old tiles (been down for 25 years); this was very time consuming but necessary. Allowed to dry thoroughly, applied one coat of Litholin TC Terracotta Impregnator and three of this product (the Sealant). Simply wipe on each product (liquid form) straight from the bottle, no buffing/polishing, and leave 30mins to an hour between coats (I actually left a few hours just to be sure). The picture shows the result with which I’m thrilled! Looks like the floor has just been newly laid. Hallway done, kitchen to go. Can dilute (1-10) the sealant with water to wash the floor and maintain the shine.

Easy to apply, nice finish on terracotta tiles
This product is easy to apply, dries quickly and give a rich glow to the tiles without changing the colour. It is a bit pricey but goes a long way. I put three coats on tiles that had been scrubbed thoroughly and treated to remove the old glue of the lino that had covered them for a very long time. Worked great.
