Buttons don’t work
This is my second time ordering a ds console with buttons not working, I’m returning! And I’m done trying to buy another one! They’re all stiff and defective!

No Bundle Items to start
The console looks good and works just fine so far so props to them for sending a working console. However, I only got the console and the Backup charging cable. There wasn't even an SD card meaning in couldn't do anything until I bought one. Meaning that this whole bundle is complete BS. 2/5 feels very much like a scam but at least it works.Edit: After talking to customer support about it they sent the rest of the bundle to me for free and I did end up getting the entire bundle. However the stylus was not extendable and the Mirco SD card was 8 GB for whatever reason. So at the end its all good but the fact that this didn't just all come together and that I had to point out that I didn't get all of it just is really dumb. 4/5

Great cosmetically but has broken C-Stick(s) for $400
I bought this after wanting a 3DS when I was a kid but was never able to get my hands on one. Now that I am an adult that can make financially irresponsible decisions. I bit the bullet and paid about $400 for a console that released 10 years ago (ridiculous btw, but not a fault of the seller, these things are just a hot commodity right now). The device came pre-loaded with custom software (yay) and I was able to check with a certain button combination that opens the Rosalina menu, so yours may also be modded just google what that button combo is, I am pretty sure its holding the select button while powering on. Anyway, when I first opened and set it up, all went smooth. After a couple hours I had my first few issues. The C-Stick, (the big joystick one on the left) was registering constant drift. This led to me not being able to play a lot of games and the home menu constantly scrolling. This was kind of disappointing because for $400 there really should only be minor cosmetic flaws, not any kind of hardware issue at all. Being the tech savvy person I am, I bought a replacement C-Stick to install myself. To the company's credit, they do offer repair services if something is wrong, but I did not feel like going through the hassle of sending it away and waiting for it to come back. I just wanted to play on the device I spent an arm and a leg on. I opened the 3DS up and sadly, there are warranty stickers on the console that I had to remove to get in, so I am sure any warranty I had is now voided, oh well I guess. I got the C-Stick replaced successfully and all is well. However, just here recently the other C-Stick (the nubby one) now has ridiculous drift as well, and is completely broken. So here I am ordering another part and hoping I can fix it myself because I'm not sure I have any other option so hopefully that works out. TL;DR, multiple issues with the c-sticks that really should not have been present to begin with. The unit performs great other than that and looks really good as well, so I cannot say I am completely disappointed with the whole thing. If you are about to spend your monthly rent payment on one of these please PLEASE check all of the buttons thoroughly before messing with software and hardware, or you'll probably end up regretting it.
