Very nice and sturdy! The color is exactly what I wanted. Took some time to put together but instructions are easy to understand and not difficult! The drawers provide great extra storage!

The customer service was amazing. It’s much sturdier than I imaged. Looks super clean and crisp. Very cool. I had to move around the draws to make it work around my bed frame but it was easy. Definitely can be assembled by 1 person but two would speed up the process.

This bed is good for the price. The directions could have been a little more specific but it was fairly easy to assemble with one person.My only issue is that the frame sizing is a few inches larger than a standard queen bed so you will have some framing showing.The drawers offer a great storage. The rattan part of the headboard seems a little weak and I would be cautions to make sure you don’t break it because it would not be able to get replaced.

When I started putting together the bed two screw holes were missing so I called customer service and talked to someone right away. I sent them a video and they reviewed it. They sent me out a replacement right away and even followed up to make sure that we received the bed and were satisfied with it. I was so surprised! My teenage daughter and her friends really like it! It wasn’t hard to put together but did take some time. I did not put together the drawers because it’s easier to dust without and I wasn’t sure if my cheap wood floor would get easily scratched but the bed is adorable!

I feel Angela’s frustration. Some pieces I received were already chipped straight out the box which was frustrating. This package is I believe 110lbs so once received it was a point of no return for me. So I put it together but some pieces didn’t align perfectly, that’s annoying. The drawers do kinda suck lol but this will be my bed until I have a reason to get a new one! I do like the natural rattan headboard.

Bed was rather simple to get together, the underneath storage was a bonus and very sturdy. My daughter loves the way it turned out.

We received broken parts. Only 2 drawers work. So many broken and cracked pieces. Assembly was long

The frame is exactly as imaged! You can tell it’s delicate though nothing came broken. My only complaint is the drawers are not attached to rails so they pull out loosely if that makes sense. I love it though, don't be scared to purchase!
