So, my wife loves this fountain for our very small 12'x5' garden. The product is decently made, reasonably sturdy and overall good looking. The product arrived expertly packed with no visible defects. We charged it up precisely according to the instruction booklet and 1 of the 3 lights did not work, regardless of what we did. I called amazon and they offered me to return it, but had no replacement for it. They gave me a token credit on my account which I accepted because my wife liked it that much and was willing to deal with the light in the upper bowl not working. I normally would not accept this type of defect, but everything else about the product was good. The light issue seems to be one that other reviewers have pointed out in the past. I was going to contact the manufacturer, but this model does not appear on their website, so I assumed it was a retired model and they would most likely not be able to help me, although I never did give them that opportunity. I see the product is back on Amazon from a different seller with a delayed ship date, but it really isnt worth the hassle to return and re-buy. Despite all of it, I dont like giving less than 5 stars unless a product really sucks and this one does not. It does look great in the garden, the sounds of the waterfall is soothing and you only notice the dead light at night.

We are thrilled with this beautiful fountain! It was extremely easy to assemble. The pump is whisper-quiet, the water flow soothing. It is well-constructed and the solar panel works unbelievably well. Our yard is sun-challenged! The solar panel gets morning sun only. The fountain works even with the sun limitations. We also love the amber-colored lights that come on at night. We bought the turquoise-blue color and absolutely love it! I recommend this fountain whole-heartedly.

The media could not be loaded. This is a nice design, but unfortunately it stopped working after only a few months. See the video. It’s in full sun and set up properly, but does nothing (headed to the dump now). I called customer support and they told me it was probably my fault for not allowing the solar panel to charge enough prior to my initial use and that my only recourse would be to buy a new pump unit from them. I would never buy this again—first time I’ve ever paid so much for something that didn’t work a few months later. I hope this is helpful—I really wanted to like this—so pretty—but basically a statue now. Very disappointing—and customer service should have offered a new pump instead of telling me to buy one from them. Terrible.

I'm on day 2 since placing this in my yard. It works great without needing a plug in power source, and I love the sound of the water trickling.

This fountain is beautiful and easy to setup, but the solar panel is horrible. There is clearing a flaw in the design of the solar panel. We had 1 rainy day and the panel has not worked since. I enjoyed the sounds of this fountain for all of 5 days until it no longer charges. There also is no option for just the replacement of the solar panel. I would gladly accept a replacement panel, the panel is the problem.UPDATEI was able to contact the seller via their website and they sent me a replacement panel. They were quick and helpful. The new panel is working well. Great customer service 👏.

BEAUTIFUL FOUNTAIN! It was just as I expected it to look like and a little larger which was a bonus. Very easy assembly. Stated working as soon as i had water in it and turned on the solar panel. Im looking forward to seeing it tonight with the lights. The delivery was quicker than originally scheduled. The color was spot on. I was trying to match the blues in my Memorial Garden in honor of my father. Highly Recommend. This is just day one but I am very hopeful this was a great buy.

The good: nice looking.The bad: the l.e.d. lights are very dim. Not at all like in the pics. Before night fall, lights quit working then before 8 pm the pump quit. Apparently doesn’t have enough power to stay working before night fall. I noticed in description it doesn’t mention about how long it runs for.

Love the fountain, it just doesn’t stay on long
