YUCKY DRY CORN YOU MUST SPIT OUT!
I AM 100% NOT HAPPY WITH THIS CORN PRODUCT. I COOKED IT ACCORDING TO THE RECIPE ON THE PACKAGE IT CAME IN. The corn turn out looking lovely after being toasted HOWEVER... IT WAS SO DRY IN OUR MOUTHS WE SPUT IT OUT. THE CONSISTENCY WAS LIKE GRUNCHY TALCUM POWDER PUFF IN OUR MOUTHS. TERRIBLE PRODUCT! I will NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT again👎👎👎👎👎

Too starchy.
This is not the corn you want for roasting. These kernels are large and starchy. The smaller kernels offer a better balance and are the type of corn used with ceviche.
