Tastes almost like milk-based cream cheese
I have lots of food allergies, cheese is one of them. I asked my husband, who is very picky and prepares his taste buds to not like what I ask him to taste, said that he liked the almond cream cheese. It made a delicious cream cheese icing and is very good on gluten-free bagels. I give it 4 stars because the required minimum purchase is six cartons, and it is too much for me to finish before they are past their edible date. But I will probably order them again when I'm making a carrot cake.
