Rocket candy is a orange flavour ok ok a bit acidy feel. Island crush flavour is also fantastic, almost exotic. 150 gm caffeine per scoop is good dosage. Gives energy and focus but does not disturb sleep. Beta alanine i love the high dosage which gives tingles and lets you know they have put great dosage. L-citrulline is respectable dosage. Best budget pre with exotic flavours.Update : Blackberry lemonade is the best flavour bubblegum smell with pink lemonade taste on par with gayor pre workout.Peach is also good. Blue raz is a good berry flavour and does not have any medicinal taste unlike most other pre workout. All flavours from healthfarm are great and budget friendly.

It gives quite good itching and gives very good pump but would not recommend if you been using pre workout for a long time in this price point i would recommend black beast pre workout
