Q: Which is it? a 2.5MOA or 5MOA? the description lists both. By the model number it should be 2.5.

I have this from eBay. Non magnified dot is 5 MOA and the 2x power Version of These it's dot is 2.5 MOA. It says it Right in the manual which comes in the box. So the magnified Version is 2.5 MOA. Parallax for the magnified one is at 50 Yards. At 50 meters I have zeroed mine and rested it shoots were I aim with an handgun (357 mag revolver). Field of View is limited drastically by the magnification (2x power versions) so you get About 20mm FoV instead the 40mm claimed (it's like Looking down a pipe). Glasses are so-so Quality and dot is way on the dimm side (only usefull Setting is the highest unless you live on the North pole were it's allways dark). But it works and will do the Job for Hunting up to 100 Yards or so).

Q: Would this work well on an SKS?

I am not sure what This is? If it is a Red dot. then yes it would work fine an an SKS as long as you have a mount for it. They really need to tie this to the product so I know what I am answering.

Q: Will this work with the utg med-pro compact riser mount, 0.83" high, 3 slots ?

I would be sure it's a 2 screw riser. I'm not familiar with the one you mentioned. But I've seen this scope mounted. It's long enough ot really needs a 2 screw riser.

Q: Will this scope mount to my Colt AR picatinny rail ?

It’s a picatinny and a weaver style base. There’s two clamp up bolts so you will need a total of 3 valleys and 4 hills open on your picatinny. The clamp bolts will fall in the forward and aft valley with the middle valley not used.
