Beautiful and sturdy the flax oil is great

I have three Finex skillets with lids and enjoy at least one of them every day. Today I used this brand new pan for the first time - later while cleaning it I was disappointed to find a burr in the pan’s bottom. I’ve been working it with chain mail scrubbers - its definitely is going to take while to wear the burr down.Other than that the pan is very nice as is all Finex stuff.

Very heavy duty, excellent product

A really beautiful little pot. Like all Finex cast iron cookware, it is solidly made and the gorgeous handle stays cool to the touch. It is not polished smooth like the cooking surface of their cast iron skillets, nor does it need to be. It's great for heating sauces and i love that it can go right on the grill or in the oven. The color will deepen with use and more coats of seasoning, making it even prettier.That said, as others have pointed out, it does not come with a lid and there is no option to purchase one. Bummer. Also, it is expensive for what it is and its limited usefulness. It's shape also makes cleaning it a little awkward. I'm glad I bought it, but it might not be useful to some. That depends entirely on your needs.

I love this little pan. The cast iron is nice and thick. The pan feels very sturdy and the stainless coil handle doesn’t heat up and feels really good in hand. I’m so happy the color was true to picture, and not a black but more a bronze tint- I noticed and loved it in the image but assumed like so many things, it would arrive matte black. Pleasantly surprised!

This is a quality heavy duty cast iron sauce pan. I have a lot of cast iron and ceramic but this sauce pan has become one of my favorites. I use it next to the coals on an open fire when cooking for my basting sauces. It doesn’t burn my sauces and clean up is a breeze. This is my first Finex product but it won’t be my last.

I bought this for my motorhome and bought more for my house after one use. Once I picked it up, I was addicted to its supreme quality.
