I took a chance and bought this not knowing if it would work with my fireplace. I checked the other models and there is one exactly like my model. Got the remote today and it works.

Does Not Work
Bought it to replace the factory remote that met a untimely end. This unit does not work and there are no instructions to offer any help offer a way to troubleshoot for a solution. Waste of time and money.,

Long story but my dog chewed up our original fireplace remote so I bought this replacement. It worked perfect and we didn't even need to program it.

Not compatible
Doesn’t work doesn’t turn it on and this is a replacement so I’ve tried two controllers and same thing…I wouldn’t recommend it…I’m not even offered a refund !
