Impressive packaging and performance
OMG, are you kidding me? Let's start with the packaging. When the package arrived I didn't realize it was the binoculars. It was a large, heavy duty, cardboard box (like 18x9x12 or something). Inside that box was a foam box. Inside the foam box, was a black box inside a plastic bag, inside that box is a very nice carrying case and inside the carrying case was a folding case/box that wraps around the binoculars and includes an elastic strap and a velcro strap for support during transport and storage. I don't think I've ever seen something packaged so meticulously and so well.I use a standard pair of 10X50 marine binoculars on my sailboat and they have similar BAK4 coated optics but the magnification on these is next level. I also own a spotting scope and think these binoculars would compare favorably, as far as magnification. I already know that these are going to be easier to use and more comfortable for long term viewing. I use the spotting scope at my cottage on Lake MI and I'm usually viewing objects 1-10 miles offshore. I can't wait to try these out there but unfortunately I'm 4 hours away. I will update at at the beginning of September once I've had a chance to use them there and view some boats and stars.I was also able to mount my phone, using the included adapter and it worked well. There are no fancy electronics, controls are simple and work as expected.I've used them so far in my large backyard and they focus easily using the focus wheel. Clarity is excellent, even in low light. I feel like a spy because the magnification is insane and I can see things in my neighbors yards that I never even knew were there. I wanted to get this review started and posted before I got too busy but I will provide additional updates once I've had a chance to do some real star gazing. Here in the city, I don't have the best view of the night sky. So far, five stars!

Overbilled. LOVED PRODUCT, Purchased 3X!
Would have given 5 star for product. However overbilled $30. Showed Amazon print screen I had taken. This was 3rd one I had purchased due to living on Sea Coast (also bought for friends) we liked product so much. But over billing $30 is a lot when unable to receive credit.

Incredibly high-end feeling
This is an incredibly high-end feeling item. Out of hundreds of items I've reviewed, the most care has been put into this one to make it feel high-end, no doubt. All I can think while handling it is what an amazing gift it would make for a lover of gazing at stars or wildlife. The item is enormous. When the item description tells you "giant" and "extremely large", believe it. It looks like a set of binoculars meant to eat smaller sets of binoculars. It also weighs enough to give you a wrist workout if you attempt to hold it. You won't see much holding it however because at this magnification, it absolutely requires a tripod or it will be too shaky. With a tripod however, everything looks amazing and clear for the price of this item. The entire body of the item is inlaid with rubber leatherette, giving it a really pleasant grip and making it very beautiful. All the moving parts move very smoothly. It comes with a very rugged case (presumably synthetic leather) the size of a small carry-on, which was packed into a stylish glossy black box, which itself comes padded from the outside. That's right—even the outside of the outer box this item comes in was thickly padded, to try ensure it gets to you pristine. There is an adapter to position your phone behind the binoculars included too, as well as a lens cloth (though I'd personally recommend lens dusters more than cloths for various lens cleaning situations).Overall, this item basically punches way above its price range in my opinion.

Great for Simple Purposes
These binoculars are good for very simple astronomical things, like looking at the moon or finding stars. It isn't super high powered, which is fine by me. It is great for amateurs who don't want to invest major money quite yet. I am personally very pleased.Visibility is clear, and the binoculars are easy to adjust and use.

Powerful and clear
Big and powerful, my first impression of this binocular. It came packaged very well and secure. Binocular, lens covers, strap, cleaning cloth, and phone adaptor are enclosed inside the Protective shield, and it was inside a padded tight fitting carrying bag, all these are inside a black box and then inside a foam box, then inside the shipping box, not much chance for the binocular to get damage on its way to you. Placing this 20x80 astronomy binocular on my tripod and looking at the moon was such a good experience. The images seen through the lenses are bright and clear, the focusing wheel is smooth to turn and quick, and the silver metal brace helps in leveling the binocular to a comfortable viewing position. It is possible to view by holding the binocular in your hands, but only for a few minutes. Once you see what you want to look at, it’s best to place it on a tripod for more steady and enjoyable viewing. This is a very nice, solid astronomy binocular that came with all you need to start, and is priced reasonably, I highly recommend it.

Huge but blurry
These binoculars are huge and came well packaged but the magnification isn't that great and is quite blurry when zoomed out. I will play with these more and update the review if anything changes.
