I absolutely love this primer out of any I’ve tried. I had it and tried others but came back to it and I’ll never change. It is a ‘rice’ formula so feels a tad gritty, but it settles and makes putting on makeup feel wonderful!! Buy it!!

I have used this product by Neutrogena for years. I started using another, but nothing compares to this. I’ve got oily skin especially on my nose. That’s where I apply it. Let it dry and then gently tap your foundation or powder on your nose to avoid rubbing it off. I LOVE this product.

Female friend recommended products of this type to help me control the shine that develops on my shaved head by early afternoon every day (along with my nose, and upper cheeks). There's really nothing out there that I could find even at the most well-stocked CVS or Walgreens, hence the purchase here.Having not tried simiar products from other manufacturers, I can't compare Neutrogena Shine Control to others. What I can say is that this product works *very* well, and lasts for at least 4 hours without needed to be reapplied, at least in my case (perhaps I have an extraordinarily oily scalp?).Tip: While at first I was surprised at how small the tube was, and such a small quantity, I quickly learned that a little bit goes a long way. You don't need to use much to get good coverage.

This product does an okay job. It feels very gritty and it's uncomfortable to spread on your face. I wouldn't say it does a fantastic job controlling shine, but it's marginally better than when I don't use it.

Very drying and cakes. Even with a small amount, it cakes white residue all over, including the hair line. Not good. Try a gel formula instead. I recommend OC8, although it's just a mattifyer, not a primer.

This is pretty legit! I have very oily skin, so I thought this might help. I use it as a primer for eye shadow and a way to reduce the shine in my T zone. I'm very pleased with the result! This product doesn't do so well in a hot, sweaty summer day, but I can't fault it for melting like the rest of my body.This will be perfect for wedding pictures next spring!

Perfect for those with oily skin that need to keep their makeup down without clogging pores. I have been using this foundation for years and have never been able to find one that works so good.
