My hair felt so heavy and dull before this

I loved the smell of this product, but unfortunately won’t be able to use it. The bottles leaked all over and barely anything is left in them. The tops of both the shampoo and conditioner weren’t screwed on the bottles when I opened my package. Very disappointing to not be able to use the products with how much they cost.
