Grandson loves this for his cubes

birthday present gone wrong
I looks good and sturdy except the handle was not sewn on one side. That was disappointing because I was giving it as a birthday present. How can I get a replacement please?

Cube case
My grandson loves this to carry around his rubric cubes. The problem with it is that the strap frayed and broke after 2 weeks of use. I managed to add some fabric to the end of the strap and sew it back onto the main case. It's been 3 months and it is still holding up. Might have been sewed wrong during original construction?

Awful smell
Pretty straightforward cube case for keeping your cubes separate from one another while transporting. However, there is an awful off-gassing smell when you first open it. Zipper is also poor quality.
