Sturdy Charger
It wasn't the cheapest on offer, but nothing like the most expensive. Had mild concerns about quality, but it seems a pretty sturdy unit if not a bit basic (not a criticism) and does what I want. Only fault, and I don't know if it's deliberate for some reason, is that the cotrols face the wall when plugged in. That means that you have to twist the short plug cable when setting current etc before plugging it into the car. As an electrical engineer I think it puts undue stress on the cable. I might replace the plug for a 16 amp connector making sure everything aligns better. Other than that a good unit

Good piece of kit
Likes : Works, start immediate or delay from up to eight hours. Neat, short cable and carry bag for visiting granny.Dislikes: no way of wall hanging the unit though think I have Macgyvered a device to hang it with.Nit picking but direction of plug fitted and stout cable means display always faces wall no matter how you try. matter of reattaching the plug I guess.Overall love it and would buy again.

Brought this as it said it was 6m but on paper work instructions it says only 5m

BMW hybrid compatible charging cable
Nice bit of kit compatible with hybrid BMW. Selectable 6,8,10,13 amp charging current and deferred timer up to 24 hrs. Easy to use and set up. Worth the money.

It works but not as described.
Ok first off this charger does work and does charge the cars I've tried it on and the build quality is good and it's a very reasonable price it arrived quickly and was well packaged........but I ordered (as in the description) a 6 metre version but when measured it's only 5 metres long, this turns out to be a pain in the arse for me.Secondly (as in the description) it's meant to charge at 3.3 KW....it doesn't after measuring with a couple of different meters it actually chargers at 3.18kw....i know it's not much difference but just change the description so it's abit more accurate. I'm not gonna return it as I'll find a use for it somewhere.
