Good and prompt delivery and installation/removal
Product waas delivered on time and installed and damaged fridge/freezer removed - latter excellent value for £5 I have paid up0 to £70 for freezer disposal.

It is a good item
Delivery was on time. Unpacked the box and changed over the doors to open the opposite way.Only draw back is now you have to make sure the freezer door is shut properly as it does bounce open.

Damaged fridge / freezer
Item was badly damaged with at least 10 dents,box had black tape hiding a hole were most of the damage was done.

Perfect for our needs
Size is as we anticipated. Quiet, efficient, ample shelving. Excellent value. I have no negatives for the appliance itself, as I researched what I wanted.However, the third party delivery was appalling. I thought I was an extra in a chuckle brothers sketch. Got really annoyed and had to force them to stop. My cushion floor was ripped, there were chunks taken out of the kitchen wall plaster, and my kitchen door gloss was scratched. Had to do a tedious claim. Spoke to 7 online operatives, who passed me on to others each time, then it was escalated. Was asked for a full report of the incident with photos. I week later I received a form from an Insurance Claims Service and had to give the information again and asked questions like, did I video the incident as it happened! Why the heck would I just video a delivery? I wasn't expecting 2 idiots to demolish my home.

Delivered by AO next day, no dents. Basic but great size.
Ordered this on the Wednesday, Amazon said it would arrive by the following week, I received it within 2 days. I got a text from AO to say it would be delivered the next day from 7am. Delivery drivers called me when they were 15 mins away. All delivered no problem. I left it for 3 hours before turning it on as instructed and all great, so far so good. Happy with the purchase and experience.I never got the option anywhere to arrange for them to take away the old one or to fit it which was fine with me but just something I couldn't find anywhere if I wanted to take this option.

Bought my fridge in 2022, it's still working and it's cold too the freezer could be small for a big family who consume meat more often but we are a small family and it works for us
