Looks great
Matches my other curved monitor almost exactly to that's great. It was easy to setup and looks good. Value for money along with the quality makes this a brilliant buy.

Little caveats upset what could have been as great as they say it is
Bought this after so many glowing reviews on YT and on here, and I have some niggles that were not mentioned anywhere else (or hardly touched on)I will base my review on the dual purpose of what this monitor will be used for:Firstly, I use a dual monitor setup for doing photo work as well as video editing and colour grading, so I know what colours are SUPPOSED to look like, when looking at scopes and seeing the RGB values align into a pure white or pure black.Secondly, I do casual gaming and know a thing or two about IPS displays and their ghosting.smearing issues and also what to expect from higher framerates and low response times.COLOUR ACCURACY:So right out of the gate the colours on this were HORRIBLE. Some might think it looks good to have a red channel that is glorious and over saturated, but reds should not be so contrasty as to give you eye strain. I loaded up test card images and went though a full range of tests and also have a second LG monitor that was colour calibrated to compare against. The reds were not quite bleeding but you perceive them to be because they are so over saturated. I played with the user RGB and lowered red and then green quite a bit to make the white balance more of a true white. My settings are Red: 27 Green: 29 Blue: 50.Gamma is set to 2.0Even with this, the reds are still very deep, and I turned saturation down to 45. After getting used to it all day, I came to the conclusion that both my LG (TV and monitor) just don't display reds as deep as they should, because no matter what I load on the screen they always look slightly washed out and slightly orange. So in conclusion, perhaps despite this red issue being way too glary (I even lowered the contrast of red in NVIDIA from 50 to 45 it does look nicer than my older LG, especially when playing horror games like RE8 with blood everywhere. So, it appears I have been missing out on true reds all these years, because my LG looks orange in comparison, but if you look at a pure RGB test card from one of the monitor calibration sites, it shows the red looking much stronger and brighter than the green and blue. Playing with contrast and brightness alters all 3 at once. On my LG they look more balanced and each one is the same brightness, but I cannot deny, the colour red actually looks red and my LG could not come close to replicating it. This was a real eye opener. So in summary, it took all day with tinkering and eventually I got something good looking, marginally better looking than my LG (this is my new main display and the LG is now the second monitor)Brightness:Can't complain. I work in dim light most of the time and have it set between 50 and 75 and the screen is just as bright as my LG. It's important that they match or it distracts you when one is dimmer than the other. daytime glare isn't too bad, the screen has the usual matt coating. However this matt coating has a green tint to it. So no matter what I do with the colour settings, there's always a slight green tint to the whites. If you compensate for it, it makes the blacks look wrong and you get that red glare back again, but white is subjective anyway in terms of magenta/green balance. It looks different on different days depending on having lights on in the room or daytime light.Gaming:Using a 5ms monitor alongside this, and extending the displays, I was dragging a window around between the two displays to see how they overlap. I was immediately struck by how fast the Pixio is, as the LG lags behind ever so slightly. It was noticeable when you stop and there's a fraction of a second where the LG stops slightly out of sync. In certain games this is the difference between winning and loosing, and might be why I struggled with Doom Eternal and gave up. at 75hz and 5ms I just wasn't competitive. As for the ghosting, the LG always left trails, even when scrolling comment on YT it can be distracting. I found the default setting on this had none of it and everything looked buttery smooth with minimum motion blur. There is a test for smears online and no matter what speed I ran it at, I couldn't even see any trails. Big win here. However, the caveat.... when playing games like RE8 with RT enabled and everything maxed out, at 165hz the card is working double as hard, so the thing needs much higher cooling and I heard the fans maxing out nearly the whole time, whereas at 75hz it was nice and quiet. If you sit beside your PC (I do because I like all the fancy Corsair lighting) then it can bother you with only 2 fans on the RTX3070. So I looked for compromises. 165hz is overkill and I saw not much difference between that and 144, but even at 144 it's working harder than it needs to. The next option was 60hz which was bad and left ghosting outlines, but I managed to find in Windows a way to set it to 120hz and then load the game back up and it accepted 120 as the framerate. The stand:Can't comment here because I didn't use it. It went on an existing dual monitor stand using the Vesa mount.HDR:Had LOTS of problems with this and nearly gave up. HDR on PC monitors is a hot mess due to no industry standard and Windows not working well with it at all. The miscommunication with Windows and a HDR screen is laughable. You seem to have to turn each on and off in sequence. If you get it wrong your display goes horrible, looking washed out until you reset and do it in the correct sequence. In the end I wondered if it was RE8 not working right, but my LG 4k TV has HDR and I ran it through that. It looks great on that display, but my cable struggles to carry all the info through HDMI2.0 so it was very choppy. If a display has HDR it should detect HDR content and auto switch on that mode as with my LG.Eventually I got it working by not turning it on in Windows, but loading the game, switching HDR on in game, and then selecting HDR on the monitor. It finally worked. It doesn't look as rich with the deep blacks or bright whites as my LG TV (that was an £800 display) but still a tad better than SD gaming and once you have it, you don't want to go back. It's just a pain having to set it up and sometimes the monitor doesn't communicate with the game and it looks really bad until you mess around and try it again. And when I turn the game off, Windows seems to still be in HDR mode, despite saying it isn't. Everything looks bad until I go to the display settings in Windows and turn HDR back on and then off. Then I get my monitor back. It's exhausting. Also if I'm in dual monitor mode, the wallpaper messes up and needs resetting too.The menu system / drivers:There are no drivers for this monitor, and their website is a waste of time. Where it tells you to download a manual, the manual tells you what you already know. "select this in the menu to turn it on or off" - yeah? Really? So what does that feature do? That info would be nice. In the end I had to search for terms like MPRT and Freesync Premium and found that it's nothing I'm interested in anyway. Just gimmicks. The joystick is what I'm used to and is a good way to navigate, but the menu has lag when selecting things, which is never nice, and also looks horrible with it's deep monotone red thick borders. The real pain though, as others mentioned is when a warning pops up EVERY TIME when you want to change the brightness or actiavate HDR mode to say "This may use more power - Confirm / Cancel" - There really should be a way to turn that off. It's an extra two steps of button presses before you can make your selection. I don't have time to be lectured every time I actiatve HDR thank you. That's all from me. The Display port cable being supplied was really nice.Oh one last thing: When it is in standby it has an annoying red light that flashes constantly. Had to cover it up with electrical tape as there's no way of turning it off. Would have been a nice setting in the menu, but the menu is sparse to say the least. On the whole, no dead pixels, colour gradients look great, no banding, uniformity is good, viewing angles aren't the best with slight colour and contrast shift (not an issue for me) and for this price point it is a bargain that you get 165hz 1ms HDR.Addendum:Have found that there is no power off for this monitor other than pulling the plug. There is no screen saver standby that it enters and Windows doesn't power it off with inactivity either. Seems like a bit of an oversight not to have any way to turn it off manually, as it only powers off when no signal is detected, like when the PC shuts down, but for some reason Windows 10 monitor off settings won't work with it.

Beyond Perfection.
I mean the price was too good to be true.I was scared that it will be bad and all but damn! It's amazing and I love it. The screen to body ratio is perfect. The quality of the item is absolutely amazing. Not only it doesn't heat up but it keeps a great temperature while being in a rlly warm room.Definitely will recommend this. It's 1440p gaming monitor and it's great for even 4k gaming however I would still recommend going for 4k monitor for obvious reasons. However this is great and will do everything you through at it.

I bought 3 x 32inch monitors for sim racing
I was looking high and low for reviews for these monitors. There are a few about but you really have to dig.I wanted to upgrade my sim rig to triple monitors and these looked like a decent budget solution. And my conclusion is that they are perfect for anyone wanting to upgrade on a budget.Set up is fairly easy, but the colours do look a bit washed out right out of the box. From other reviews and my own testing you need to use the "Warm" setting to get a good colour representation. Freesync is turned off by default so you need to turn this on to get 165hz. You also need to use DP and not HDMI to get the full refresh rate options.Once you have them dialled in they work great. The colours across the three monitors match exactly. I have not experienced any ghosting or other similar issues. I think people complaining about this have not set the monitors up properly.Overall I am very happy. I managed to get a triple set up for the price of a single 32 OLED. Of course there is no comparison between these two but if you are on a budget you cannot go wrong with these.

Very nice
Had an 8 year old Acer that cost me £280 which did manage 4k but was outdated, didn't wanna spend a fortune and this easily looked the best option. So long story short it is a massive improvement, great picture quality, very good colour and haven't noticed any problems whatsoever.Great buy and certainly recommend it instead of spending loads on more popular overpriced brands.

Great monitor especially for the price.
Ive been using this monitor for over a week and had no big issues, its a great value monitor, 165hz feels smooth however there is some ghosting as to be expected with an IPS panel. When it arrived, I checked for dead pixels and there were none which was great.Pros:Build quality is great with metal stand and sleek solid plastic construction for the monitor.OSD has plenty of options and is easy to navigate with the button.G-Sync does work with my GTX 1080 however it can be a little weird at times.Colours can be pretty decent depending on the calibration.Cons:The included power cable is quite short so if your monitor is not right next to a power outlet bear in mind you may have to get a longer kettle lead. The included kettle lead is loose in the power brick which can cause it to disconnect easily.Viewing angles are not the best I have seen from an IPS panel compared to a benq monitor I have. Still much better than TN or VA though.Ghosting is noticable so if you only care about gaming 24/7 a TN panel may be more suitable.Overall if you know you want an all purpose 1440p monitor for gaming and watching videos/movies or for working with decent colours and good build quality then you cant really flaw this monitor for the price, it is cheaper than well known brands such as acer and I would argue has better build quality when comparing to my friend's acer monitor.

Great monitor at a great price
I bought this monitor because it came highly recommended on YT -especially by Optimum Tech and Consumer Tech Reviews. I've had it for close to a month now and it really delivers on quality especially at such a low price. Colors are nice and accurate, refresh rate goes up to 165Hz with the included display cable, the brightness is decent, and the stand is top tier in my opinion. The viewing experience is great and so far, I'm happy with the purchase. The monitor has some in-built speakers which aren't the best but get the job done. You get your money's worth there. No issues so far, great monitor at a great price.

Economical and excellent image quality
I bought this monitor at the highest resolution which could be accommodated by my current (2017) laptop computer. What more is there to say?My only complaint is that the supplied stand does not allow much flexibility in positioning. However, I purchased a mounting bracket which eliminated that problem.

Great price, great performance, great picture
Going from 1080p 144hz to 1440p 165hz was definitely noticeable. FOR THE BETTER. I know average joe reviews help me throughout the buying process, so I hope this helps some of you out there make a decision on whether or not this monitor is for you!I’ve had the same AOC G2590FX for about 1.5yrs. Been a great monitor, but I started to have considerable difficulty recognizing objects at distance (specifically Warzone). Decided it was time to jump up to 1440p for the pixel density and clarity. I am beyond impressed. Although the PX277 Prime isn’t the cheapest 1440p monitor out there, the current price, performance, and features set it apart from the rest for me.I was looking for a Viewsonic VX2758-2KP-MHD, but all three of my orders fell through. Then wanted the PX7 Prime but couldn’t get that in stock within my desired timeline. Soooo long story short I initially selected the PX277 Prime simply because it was the best monitor (based off advertised stats) that I could find available.Initial impressions: color out of the box was too warm, bit under saturated, and not bright enough. I made some simple tweaks and immediately had it exactly where I wanted it. (My settings are in the associated pics). All colors seem true, blacks and gray areas appear very uniform, and refresh rate/input response are more than adequate for FPS. I don’t have any hardware that will provide official results, but my average gamer eyes (Warzone and MW multiplayer exclusively) are beyond pleased. I have no difference in reaction time/ performance than I had while playing at 1080p. If anything, my awareness is enhanced due to the clarity and fidelity of textures as well as my ability to see farther/identify objects at distance. If you’re on a budget, this is a great option. Can’t say it’s the best because I haven’t tried any other 1440p monitors, but based off available reviews online for comparable monitors in this price range The PX277 Prime’s performance is top notch based off my experience. (Model as of September 2020)

Amazing monitor for the price!
This monitor can play my PS5 games at 1440p at 120hz without hdmi 2.1. That is absolutely amazing!! It’s nice to have such a great monitor that doesn’t break the bank!! The color is amazing, the performance is smooth, and pixel ratio is perfect!!

Decent 27 inch1440p IPS monitor
Been using the monitor for a few days and it's been good, great quality pictures and colors.-the packaging arrived in a rough shape, but everything inside was intact, amazon packaging was good.-the monitor has backlight bleeding, which is expected from a ips monitor (the camera processing makes it look worse) is not noticeable when I use it but is something to be taken into consideration.- It has ghosting, nothing too crazy but is there, I do casual gaming, and hasn't been an issue for me but I can see it being a problem if someone is into competitive gaming.overall I'm happy with my purchase, a lot of real state for productivity and good enough colors for my level of video/photo editing, definitely an improvement from my old monitor. Wish Pixio would do something about the packaging damage, I've seen another reviews with the same problem.
