this is my 3rd topper I've gotten in 2 months and finally found the oneit puffed up rather quickly, i mean within an hour or 2. i probably should have waited longer to make my bed but i have no patience lol plus i have a previous 2 inch topper with the beaded memory foam, mattress cover type, that i put on top.the topper is medium density, i have noticed as i get older firmer is better for my body.i haven't slept on it yet but just laying on it for a few minutes i can tell I'm going to sleep like a baby. the price was extremely fair since it's 4 inch and a queen, it said short queen but it fits just fine on my air mattress that I'm using temporarily. hence the need for a good topper. lolI'm extremely excited but if i don't feel like it's worth it by morning I'll change this review. The media could not be loaded. The price is right for a 4” memory foam topper- I don’t notice any smell when opening - if there was one, it went away quickly. It will look VERY FLAT at first- just walk away and give it some time and it will expand to the 4”. If you are looking for a topper that you will sink into… And is very soft… This is the one for you! You literally will melt into your bed. I took one star away only because it’s actually too soft for me. I need a little bit more support and I am used to memory foam. That is a little bit more firm. I was using it for my daughter’s room. She has a twin size bed. I will say as far as the height it does make the bed look more full and higher, which I did like. She said that she was sleeping good. Her only complaint was that when she got up she was “sunk” into the bed 😂.

This is a double foam layer topper. The bottom layer is a firm, dense, smooth foam. The top is about 1" of the squishy memory style foam that is more porous and sponge like than other memory foam style toppers I've owned. It doesn't tunnel like some and it doesn't make it feel like I'm sinking into the mattress. I'm guessing the rougher texture is to help keep it cooler.There was no chemical smell and the wait for it to fluff up fully was about 8 hours. My queen size was packaged by folding it in half. By the time it was well inflated, there were no signs of the crease.I'm not using it over an existing mattress. Instead, I use it in my RV where the bed is composed of a set of 6" springs that this topper then covers. I makes a nice hybrid style mattress. I've replaced the topper 3 times in 6 years and paid much more for previous toppers and yet this one is just as good as the pricier ones I've owned. If you need a little firmness in your bed, this might be a good option. I have the 4" queen size version and it is very comfortable. I did not purchase a cover because I use a mattress pad already so it isn't needed. I don't have issues with it slipping but it might be because the cover on my springs is not that slippery satin like material.Overall, this is a bargain. It is significantly cheaper than the others I've owned. I replace it every two years because in my RV, moisture and dust are frequent issues. If I were using it in my home, I think they might last longer. But, a hygienic bed is very important, so I repurpose the used topper for pet beds etc. For the next 2 years I have a comfy supportive bed. I'd buy it again without any reservations.

My memory foam mattress is getting a bit mushy and I needed a bit more support. This topper is perfect! Really comfortable relaxing. Very affordable as well! I followed the directions and let it poof up for 72 hours before putting on the bed and it expanded nicely. Nice thickness and weight. It is sturdy but not super heavy and easy to put on the bed. If you have a super thick mattress, a regular fitted sheet will not work but on my standard matters the fitted sheet fits fine.
