Takara Tomy Transformers - Master Piece MP10B Black Convoy

So I am relatively new to the Masterpiece scene (yes, I know I'm pretty late to the party...) but I do have experience collecting Transformers for a while now. My recent efforts were primarily focused on the movie leader (mostly Optimus) figures, and with my collection virtually complete, I started my MP collection with this MP-10B, because it was the more affordable Optimus figure and to see the quality of this line. And I was absolutely blown away.The figure aesthetically is perfect, having the G1 look without the awkwardness and disproportionate looks of older toys. The articulation is amazing (every joint has at least one point, if not more, and articulation in the index finger separate from the lower fingers), though some parts feel a bit looser than I would like (but not to the point of flopping around loosely). I love the storage for the gun on the back, and the dead Matrix storing inside the chest panels is just amazing. For a figure that is this awesome in robot mode to also transform into an accurately built truck is toy engineering at its finest. Never had the MP-01 with die-cast parts, but this figure is plenty sturdy with plastic parts. I just wish movie figures were this awesome too (my APS-01 Striker Optimus is freaking awesome, don't get me wrong, but I know it's not as screen-accurate as this piece is).I'm scared for my wallet because I feel like I just opened up a whole 'nother world of collecting TF figures. I definitely don't regret this purchase and encourage adult collectors to look into this and other Masterpiece figures.

It's amazing, everyone knows the mp-10 mold is almost perfect. It does have some problems like the windshield not always lining up in robot mode and the one I got had a small paint spill on the decepticon symbol, but the paint job is F***ing amazing. It's worth it to lose the trailer, roller and Spike and still get that paint job. It's actually terrefyingly good. I'm glad I got it, even tho the price is quite steep.

Nice looking figure. Well made, nice and detailed, and very sturdy. Great articulation as well.

I've always liked Nemesis Prime (the bad-@$$ness of Optimus Prime without the Messiah complex), and when I saw there was an MP-10 version of it (IMHO better than the other Masterpiece versions of Prime), I just HAD to have it. And when I got it…. WOW! The pictures just don't do this thing justice.The deep glossy black and the red highlights really make this figure pop; You can't really see it in the product shots, but the eyes are the same translucent red plastic as the windows. I only wish there was some light piping to make them glow a little better, but that's the same with all the MP-10s. Overall, this guy looks awesome standing on my shelf.In truth I really wish there was a trailer available with this model, but that wasn't enough to knock any stars off… this is the new centerpiece of my collection.

Item was advertised as new not used. It is used the joints are very loose moreover it is covered in dust and what looks like cat hair. Seller absolutely no help. Not satisfied will never purchase anything from FAST JAPAN US.

Love it!!....met all expectations great model moderate complexity in the transforming..instructions in Japanese but it isn’t all that complicated...arrived on time. I’m currently using it as reference for a piece that may become a mural will see

My first MP and I am ecstatic of how awesome this Nemesis Prime is. I've gotten 3 more since I've purchased this one but overall, this one is hands down the coolest. Not for children because transformation of these guys are not exactly the same as the 80s robots, they can break! For a collector though, it's a must have because the detail and design is nothing short the name Masterpiece

I bought it a month ago before chrismas wanted it to arrive before that but it was shipped from japan and on the busiest day of the year so im not too bothered by the very late delivery but apart from that the product is in good quality and has all accessorieswould recommend if you have the patience to wait the product will meet your expectations.
