The media could not be loaded. I purchased this a few months ago when the first heatwave hit. I want to say that this is a cooler fan, not an air conditioner, which I was well aware of, as mentioned in the description.It is much better than a normal fan as it has the cooling feature that normal fans do not have. It is a bit noisy on the highest setting, but I don't mind. It comes with three ice packs, making it different from a normal fan.Please bear in mind it will not cool the room as it's not an air conditioner, but it will keep you cool when it's on. It is a bit expensive, so fingers crossed it will last me a few years.I will update again in a few months.

It's a pretty good bit of kit. Noticeably colder than a normal fan, no offence smells or anything. Just fill the container with water, throw an ice pack in the top, turn it on and press cool.Not as cold as I was expecting mind you (nothing like car air con so if that's what you're expecting you'll be disappointed) but it's definitely better than just a normal room fan.

Performance is abysmal, its too low to provide any cooling, let alone the power cable being too short. It leaked after 3 uses and damaged a brand new carpet and to have to undo the back to get the rest of water out is ridiculous! Keep well away from this product

I feel like I'm doing something wrong. It is a great fan with touch features, but I am not noticing the cooling effect. It is east to use and really cool how the water and ice packs work. I find myself changing the ice packs every couple of hours but still don't feel a difference in room temp. I have even tried adding cold water and ice to help but still walk into a hot stuffy room. I'm not sure if this is right.

I bought this as my sons room gets super hot in the summer. So yesterday when it hit 30oC it was like an oven in his room. We turned it on to prove it's worth. We used the ice packs, filled it with water and had it running for 4 hours. It made no difference what so ever. So being the glass half full kind of person we tried again the next day and no change it made no difference in temp. So would I by it again? no. Does it work? no. Either invest in a decent fan or save the pennies for an air con unit. Oh forgot to say it's also pretty noisy. Gutted!!

My son who autistic bedroom is very hot and he was suffering with it bring to hot but he won't open his windows and I thought I'd try this and it has called his room down so much my son is very happy how cold his room has gone, well worth it

Very good for those hot days I use it in my bedroom, it keeps my room bearable on those super hot days.
