My daughter tried these and said they tasted good but as for how effective they are i would say they are not a miracle cure for sleep. They do help a bit and definitely help calm down my daughter but it only seemed to be a short term solution.

I am speechless. My son, who is 7.5 years old now, has always had trouble sleeping. He didn’t sleep through until 3 years old. After that, he always tried to prolong bed time, gets very restless and genuinely not wanting to sleep.Tonight I gave him a gummy for the first time at 6.51pm, thinking that it will take 1 hour to take effect. However, at 7.20pm when he was reading he said he was very tired. So we cut reading short and went to bed. I tugged him in and within 10mins he was falling asleep. This would normally take him 1 hour to get settle in and either my husband or I will spend a further 40mins until he asleep.I am writing this as I’m sitting on his bedroom floor in disbelief that it actually works. My 7 year old wasn’t too keen on the taste and these seemed to make no difference on her falling asleep easier or quicker. The main vitamin seems to be a b vitamin, which to me should be given in the morning to help the brain with alertness!

My kid ate one and wouldn't touch them again, I tried them and realised why they are horid and I'm far from a picky eater, didn't even help so ate a rubbish sweet for nowt

Bought these for my autistic son as he was having trouble settling for bed . Since he’s been taking them he settles for bed a lot earlier and his mood the following day is better.
