This was exactly what we wanted. It came fairly fast & was not damaged in any way. VERY heavy - delivery was a TASK bc only the driver (he had no help), so luckily we were home & able to provide some assistance. We were having our backyard remodeled so they landscape construction crew put it together (2 guys) in a matter of a few hours. Screw to secure into concrete slab were not the right screws for necessary weight, etc. So there was a delay there getting the proper ones. It looks great, the louvers work nicely. We love the covered electrical box with the charging port. Just wish there were a couple more outlets. other than that it is definitely the focal point of our new modern backyard!

This pergola is wonderful! Came very well packaged with no damage at all. Went together very well with two people and ladders. It looks very high end and we love it.

We added an outdoor patio area at our restaurant. These 14' x 10' Saratsota Metal Pergolas by Backyard Discovery worked GREAT!! The adjustable louvers allow us to adjust the amount of sunlight based on weather conditions to maximize guest comfort. Additionally, when the louvers are fully closed they channel rainwater to the edge gutters and drain the water down the leg. It is a great design! The delivery of these pergolas went smooth. Each pergola ships in four large rectangle boxes. They are pretty heavy, so have some muscle around when handling. The assembly instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. In addition to the written instructions, you can download the BILT app on your phone that includes audio instructions with 3D images. Our crew found it took less time to assembly than the instructions estimated. I highly recommend this product by Backyard Discoveries!!

Is it pretty?? Yes. But omg it leaks at the edge where it attaches to the house. And along the front. The gutters are worthless. I'm so disappointed.uploaded a video to show how bad it leaks.And it's not raining hardI used to have an awning and Things they dry. I Really thought this was going to be an upgrade.This was It very costly mistake Especially for someone on a fixEd income.I even invested in the waterproof curtains on the sides but the design is so flawed.

The pergola exceeded my expectations! The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the kit included plenty of extra, high-quality parts. I was impressed by the thoughtful engineering behind both the product and its packaging. Additionally, the pergola shipped immediately and arrived a week ahead of schedule, completely undamaged. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Not to difficult to build. Once you get started it goes quickly. Really detailed instructions, whereas you can tell the manufacturer put some time into their product. Hardware was packed great and all parts there. 5 large boxes will get delivered. They are long, so make sure you have room to store.

It looks good, but it is too heavy metal and not easy to install. Also the anchor scrows are cheap and can not go through concert even after drilling.Finally, I think it is over priced. A fair price should be something around 2k for the 20x10 size**Update**: After using it for a few months, I’m actually quite happy with my purchase. I've received many compliments from neighbors and friends, which has made me appreciate it more. I would highly recommend it

Just collapsed in a small snow storm. Waste of money. Just infuriated right now. Thankfully we weren’t under it.
