Q: does this take same size bungs as full size demijohns?

No. They have a screw top lid. The bung is too big

Q: Can someone please tell me the diameter of the hole in the neck please?

The diameter measured is 25.1mm internal id , brilliant bottle 👍

Q: I can one use a bung with an air lock for fermentation with this demijonh?

Neck opening will not fit a standard bung, you can easily drill a hole in the plastic lid and use a bubble trap fitted with a grommet though

Q: What material is the screw lid? Trying to work out if this is autoclavable thank you

mine didn't come with any lid. I just used a cork
