Replaced our robot hoover which had died with this and back to working like new. Good price to get it back up and running.

This replacement battery with a capacity of 4500mAh is slightly less than the original which is 4800mAh.The original batteries seem difficult to obtain so aftermarket batteries are a necessity.Searching the Ecovacs websites, the only place I found an original replacement battery was on their South African website where it was being sold on back-order for R 1,499 (About £65)Replacing battery requires a degree of technical ability as the vac must be partially dismantles to gain access to battery.Once access is gained it is simply unplugging the old battery and plugging in new one then reassemble.Replacement battery works ok but too soon to comment on longevity.At less than half the price of the original, it is worth shortlisting.

I have bought this to replace the original Deebot battery which started to go flat halfway through cleaning. Installed this one, and for the first three weeks it was great. After that it started going flat in 40 mins, then after another week in 20 mins, now it goes flat in 5 mins. I had to put back the original now. Contacted the sellers and no response. It is pretty useless replacement battery.
