I thought I'd give these a go as I saw some articles written about berberine and these were a good price. I actually didn't think they'd work as well I they do. They actually do suppress my appetite which means I eat far less. Easy to use as you can just take 1 or 2 at bedtime. Good value for money. I'll definitely buy again.

I've been taking these for over 3 months now & I honestly don't think they work.I've not seen any difference in my health.My blood sugars haven't decreased & no noticeable change in weight or energy.For me, they've not changed a thing sadly.

I purchased a glucose meter to track my potential progress!I reached out to the supplier twice to ask for lab certification but received no response. This lack of communication raises concerns.I am wondering about all those 5-star reviews; for me, it did not do the trick, leaving me uncertain about what I’ve been consuming for the past two months.
