This takes a while to get used to, in order to really figure out how to use it the correct way but once you get the hang of it you're good to go. Handles are easy to grasp. It's excellent quality, heavy duty product. It glides easily. You will definitely feel the burn with this! Easily as good of quality as what you would find at your local gym. Excellent addition to our personal home workout area! Highly recommend it.

Mine was not functioning properly. The mechanism inside made so much noise and it hindered the movement (or proper operation) of the roller. I may have just received a bad or broken one. They may be super but I am not able to use mine properly.

This rebounder is great for strengthening my core, lower back, shoulders and arms. The handles are comfortable to grip and much better than the typical straight bar. The rebounding function is not that strong so if you need a lot of help getting it back to the starting position then I would go with another brand. I'm not able to roll it out completely because my core isn't strong enough but I use this on my knees so it's easier. I find this piece of equipment very useful and easy to use. Very Affordable price too. 😊.

I ordered this abdominal roller to help me build core muscle strength. For me, It's more fun than doing crunches and I needed to work on strengthening my stomach muscles to help relieve some back pain I've been having off and on. I actually showed it to my physical therapist and asked if he felt I could use it along with the other exercises he assigned me to do. He told me that I definitely could but recommended I use it in front of a wall so that the wall would brace me and I wouldn't "slide out too far" to start. Took his advice and am very pleased with the equipment and the results thus far. It's easy to use and I can go at my own pace. The auto rebound exercise roller comes with instructions on easy assembly (just snap in the handles) and has a little pad to use if you want. There's a website noted on the user guide sheet if you feel that you need tips or want to view videos. I prefer sticking to the simple exercise and starting on my knees as I roll back and forth. I could feel my muscles getting a work out after the first use. I also like that the ab roller itself is small and easy to store when not in use.

I wanted to get an exercise wheel to add to my daily exercise regime that would help me lose weight and try to strengthen my core abdominal muscles. After just a few uses, I found the ab roller to be much better than the generic one I got from a local sporting good store. The rebound feature is a huge plus that helps me to pull myself back up, so I feel this is a great wheel for beginners too! It has a wide 6.6" non-slip rubber wheel and even at my size (6' 3"), I had no issues with using it. I can feel it work my stomach, back and arm muscles, so I'm really getting a great workout!I was surprised at how quiet the wheel was, it was super silent and I liked the hand holders on each side that made it easier to balance. Some wheels just have a rod through the middle but the handles on this one are much more comfrotable and easy to use. As a result, it's very stable and it's also easy to disassemble if you want to take it with you when traveling. Overall, it's a great addition to my exercise routine and it will really help me to achieve my weight loss goals, 5 Stars!

I'm still working on doing more planks before I use this ab roller. I'm a little nervous about tumbling face forward. My partner is in much better shape than me. We have a little home gym set up in our garage and they use regularly. They give it the thumbs up.

Product arrived but the lock on the right handle is missing.Will return it.
