Nice and quiet
Don't really know the performance yet because the house is vacant but so far it is nicely installed and quiet when it's on.

Great fan and the light is amazing

Fan stopped working
We bought this bathroom vent fan well in advance of installing it because we were building. Within 2 weeks of it being installed, the fan started making a lot of noise. Then within a day, it completely stopped working. The light still works, but the fan completely died.

Bright yet quiet fan
The media could not be loaded. The light is very bright. The fan is much quieter than the original fan that the builder installed in the bathroom.

We'll see
Item works fine....but we'll see. A similar light/fan combo stopped working after 2 months. Although this is a different manufacturer, it's pretty much the same unit. One thing that struck me is that the wires are a very small gauge. For now, it works fine, and I like the ability to change light intensity. I will update this review in 6 months, after giving it a good workout.
