It's been a few weeks and the book shredding grandbaby hasn't gotten this one yet. He is 2 and learning to love his books and this one has held up really well. I wish the company made bigger word count books like this too. It would be nice to read him longer more complex stories for bed time (he likes to sleep with his books)

My little one loves this book! It’s soft and lightweight. The colors are bright and it’s printed perfectly. The pages have a unique feel! They are truly indestructible. My little one likes to bend and bite it so it must feel satisfying to her. She is rough on the pages and they do not rip. It’s incredible.I can’t recommend this book enough. There are many topics and stories available. I wish I had built my kids bookcases in just these types of books when they were little. They are an excellent value and you aren’t left with unusable books.

I really like that these are chew and rip proof! They seem to hold up and little better when compared to board books. The only downfall is that they are not wrinkle proof. As we all know, babies like to grab things and crunch them up in their hands. With these books you end up with wrinkles and creases that can't be smoothed out. They do hold up though!!! I wish the book said what it is actually made of - it's definitely some kind of fiber blend. I know the book says it's non toxic , but it would at least be nice to know what materials are used. Book states that it's washable. I have not actually tried to wash it yet, as the paper-like material just doesn't "feel" washable to me. Have wiped the pages down with a damp cloth and they seem fine. The smaller size of the book is perfect for little hands. I will most likely be getting more indestructables for my little one!

I was expecting something much thicker with the name indestructible but it is actually pretty indestructible. It has stood up to so much in my classroom and is still great

Note that while the pages can’t be ripped or chewed through, they are susceptible to creases and wrinkles.The colors are bright and vivid, and the images are crisp. The following characters are featured: Elmo, Abby, Ernie, Cookie Monster and Zoe. The book is 7” x 7” in size and has 10 pages (not including the front and back covers).Overall, these Sesame Street Indestructibles books are a hit with our little ones, and the price point is fair.

My grandson is a Sesame Street fan, so I order these books because I know he would like the stories. The fact that they are somewhat indestructible was a bonus. The books are made out of the same type of thing those post office mailing envelopes are made from. If you've ever tried to rip one of those open, you know it's close to impossible. The pictures in the book are bright and clear, but they are not glossy, so when I first saw the books, I was a little disappointed. Fortunately, my grandson does not care about whether or not they are glossy. He loves the books and these are safe books that he can have all the time without any concern of him destroying them. They are pretty inexpensive considering they are indestructible, so I think they are a great value.

What appealed to me was the chew proof, rip proof quality of this well-loved character book.However, what I received resembled more of a brochure, with pages that felt like Tyvek. Personally, I would rather get a hard board edition and not leave it in an infant or toddlers' hands over the flimsy feel this book has to it. I choose it to add to a shower gift, but I will be purchasing another to go with it as it doesn't seem substantial enough.
