The product is good in quality. Value for money. Performance is too good.

I got the machine in a super packaging. Then with my machine with 8 inch auger bit I did one hole nicely. While doing the 2nd hole the machine starting shaking a lot. When I checked the auger bit is broken at the neck. Welding failure. Useless for me. I contacted the service guys. They were pathetic. They kept on calling several times. I showed them the pictures to tell its a manufacturing defect. But they were telling me that they can't do anything as it got broken after use. How we will know if the machine is working or not, if we don't use it? Useless service. I ordered it for planting trees but if were not prompt in detecting the broken bit then it could have caused a huge accident. I found the machine powerful but The design of auger bit is faulty. SO AVOID.

Very poor quality machine & the worst service I have ever come across in my life. After initial sparse use for a few months for our factory garden plantation the machine doesn't deliver power enough to drill holes even in the soft soil. When contacted they asked us to make a video call to their so called "Krishi Visheshagya". We called him for three days & he kept giving new time slots every time. I kept sending them videos depicting the problems but instead of solving problem he just kept messaging us to make video call. They just seem to have enacted their standard ordeal for last three days just to test our patience. As we persisted in calling every time according to their changed time slot he started declining our calls. Every time I call they just send an automated message saying "I will call you right back" but I never receive a call back.Due to their such behavior I feel they are just importing some cheap disposable type Chinese machines & sell online with "Sell & Forget" policy by pushing up the buyers' ratings by offering extended warranty if the buyer gives their 4+ rating. If the customer calls for a warranty they just seem to have a policy of fatigue testing the poor guy by asking him to call & never solve his problem.I feel Amazon should take note of this & do the needful to save their own image as I started feeling that I should not trust vendors listed on Amazon any more.
