Works like a champ! I banged up my knee and this was a game changer. I used it twice a day and it really helped.

Great product

I ordered this unit to use with my knee replacement. It worked great for two months and then I noticed large volumes of water coming out from under the insultation to the lines that go to the knee wrap. I disconnected the quick connect and water was still coming out so the issue is with a line coming out of the unit, not the section going to the wrap. I contacted amazon and was told they would get back to me in 48 hours. It has been over 96 hours without a response. I can't troubleshoot any farther without disassembling the unit. It appears the quality of the lines is not up to long term use. I am hoping amazon will come up with a satisfactory resolution. If so, I will append this review.I have pending my review with the resolution from the manufacturer.Thanks so much for understanding. Hopefully, you guys figure out why it was leaking and resolve that issue for the next person. I am totally satisfied with the manufacturers resolution.

works good for knee replacement.

The hose on this item leaks where the tubing with the pad connects to the tubing to the water chest. The tubing to the connecters are not secure enough. We have to wrap a towel around the connecters to catch the leaking water. Other then that issue it works real well.

I purchased this ice therapy machine in anticipation of a total knee replacement. Best purchase I have made - I use it with frozen water bottles, so it stays colder longer than when just using ice cubes. It has 3 levels of "pressure" - I have been using the highest level and the level of "cold" is perfect. I love that I can set the timer from anywhere from 15 minutes to continuous. The hoses have not leaked at all. It is easy to fill and convenient to move around. This has definitely helped the rehab of my knee and the cold therapy keeps the pain in check. Highly recommend.

I purchased in Sept and had knee surgery last week. A few days prior my husband tried working with it and it would not work. He tried looking for a “1800 number” or email to get assistance. (Nothing on the box either). Bottom line will not work and no one to contact. When I go in to return it it states it is over the “return date” of one month.So I just lost $100.Do not purchase from this company!

Works great. It serves its purpose.
