EDIT: WORST REMOTE AND WORST WARRANTY STOPPED AFTER 1 MONTH OF USE NO SUPPORT FOR WARRANTY DONT ORDER THIS PRODUCT WORST SELLERI ordered this product as all buttons of my original Hitachi window AC remote were not working properly. I must say this is a great remote and works fine. Also this is supportable in both window and split AC that's best part about it. Plus one great thing is it comes with 5 years warranty. Thank you Amazon and seller for great product.

Perfect remote for Hitachi AC

The product is absolutely pathetic, the quality is poor. The display is not working, the remote's plastic is brittle and this is not a remote from HITACHI, i dont know how they got the rights to print the label of HITACHI. Please dont buy this.
