It came in a neat box with everything you need to get started right away. Wow. I’ve tried a few modes and this thing delivers a strong pulse. They function great! Super comfort to wear when I started using them. Beneficial for muscle stimulation and pain relief. I expect to see a flatter tummy soon.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this EMS Abs Stimulator, and so far, I’m really impressed! The device is easy to use, with multiple modes and intensity levels that let you customize your workout. It fits comfortably around my waist, and I can feel the stimulation working on my muscles.The build quality seems solid, and the gel pads stick well without any irritation. I feel it makes some difference and is quite good for its low price.I was sceptical because it was so cheap,but I feel it gives my abs a good work out.I am very fit and work my abs regularly using an app, but I needed to cheat a little bit to achieve more ferfect looking abs.Being advanced I started using the upper levels as soon as I started using it. I can see better definition after about 4 weeks of use, but I had fairly decent abs/six pack to begin with.I do think I would have more amazing results if I went for a more expensive option. But I am very happy with the results overall.Use daily at the higher advanced workout levels to see good results in about 4 or 5 weeks. I do other sports too which will likely have enhanced the results.
