Been using it for the past 4 months more constantly. As I hate having to pay for checked-in luggage. Be warned though when unzipping and expanding the luggage, that it might no longer fit in the overhead in the plane. So just a quick tip to not overstuff this suitcase. Otherwise if you are just using to travel on the road, then by all means unzip that second layer and stuff that suitcase up!!

The suitcase arrived in good shape. I used it for several flights and found it to be durable. One downfall was the USB plug quit working after a short time. Overall I can still charge my phone with my own cord and keep it safe.

I absolutely love, love love this hardshell carry on suitcase. The quality is superb, it maneuvers wonderfully and you can easily access items in the suitcase from opening the front instead opening up the whole suitcase. The directions for setting the combination are clear and simple to understand and works great. Thumbs up on this hardshell carry on size suitcase.

First trip and the zipper on the front pocket doesn’t line up correctly

I'm very impressed with this suitcase. Every feature seems to be superior to other bags. The zippers, both outside and inside, are heavy-duty and glide smoothly. It's difficult to find a suitcase of this size that has an exterior pocket compartment. Laptops, business paraphernalia, a sweater, etc. can easily be stuffed in it. I don't have a power bank yet, but it comes equipped with exterior USB-A and USB-C charging ports. The 2" extension gusset is always nice to have. Both sections of the suitcase are TSA lockable and easily snap into the locking mechanisms. It only weighs 8 lbs. empty and rolls very smoothly with the extension handle. 5 stars from me.
