It's just too long, I have big manly hands, and even I'm like, ugh, why is there so much remote. If you're replacing the smaller one that comes with most TCL Tvs, then you're use to the button placement of those remotes, it's a huge adjustment going from that to this one. It's not a bad product or review, I just personally don't like how it's designed. The shortcut buttons are mid at best, the button placement and just overall size of the controller is not designed well. I missed the return window because I really tried to give it a chance, trust me, and avoid this one.

From a functional standpoint this remote works great. All of the buttons function and it paired with my TV almost immediately. If you're looking for a quick replacement for a lost remote or a spare to have on hand this is a solid option.There are two issues with this remote though:The build quality feels cheap. The plastic is very lightweight and the buttons "click" in a strange clunky way. It certainly does not feel as solid in your hand as the official remotes.The second issue is just a minor personal preference. The volume control on this remote is on the face, like the channel change buttons. My stock remote has the volume controls on the side, which make it a bit quicker and easier to use as well as helping orient the remote without looking. I think the "all buttons on the face" approach is a cost-savings choice in manufacturing.Given the low cost of the device, and its simple functionality this is a fine product, just not a perfect one.

THE AD AND ALSO THE DETAILED THE DESCRIPTION LISTS THE MODEL NUMBERS BUT THEN IT ALSO SAYS “ETC”. Based on that it makes it seem all models are included . I got the remote but it didn’t work … My model TV is TCL 32S327. Don’t buy this if the model number is not listed there … ignore the “etc”
